RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want you and your pet to be happy with your Pawbiotika purchase.

Returns

We accept returns of unopened and unused products requested within 14 days of delivery. To request a return, email pawbiotika@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

For hygiene and product-safety reasons, opened, used, or customer-damaged products cannot be returned.

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at pawbiotika@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photographs so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Cancellations

To request an order cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing or has shipped.
