Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a shipping notification when your order is on its way.

We currently ship within the United States.

Standard Shipping: $5.99
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days

Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders of $40 or more
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days

Express Shipping: $15.00
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Tracking

When tracking is available, your shipping-confirmation email will include a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at pawbiotika@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
